  • Reason
Siemens healthcare diagnostics has confirmed that in isolated cases where an enzyme creatinine (ecrea) measurement is performed immediately after weekly acid clean (acln) scrubbing while performing the probe test, there is a potential for increased enzyme creatinine results in the range of more than 15%. although it is recommended that quality control be performed immediately after system maintenance, it is particularly important to perform ecrea control immediately after the probe test to identify possible increases in ecrea.
