    A customer site reported that the auto-linking of four organizations resulted in only three organizations to display prior images of the patient. upon investigation, it was determined a defect exists regarding auto-linking between more than three organizations. this caused the fourth and any additional linked organizations beyond the third to not automatically link and not display available prior exams from the first three organizations in search results depending on search criteria and method.
