    Zimmer has determined that a subset of the bed frame adapter assemblies may have a weak weld where the patient helper adapter mounting bars attach to the tube. if the device fails it will cause the adapter to disconnect from the bed and cause the traction/suspension setup to fail which could result in an injury.
